2. What data I receive
- name, phone number, e-mail, country of residence;
- company name and position, if you contact me on behalf of an organisation;
- information and documents about your case that you send yourself: contracts, IOUs, correspondence, payment documents, details of the debtor;
- technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies required for the website to work.
The website does not require registration and contains no payment forms.
3. Purposes
- responding to your enquiry and a preliminary assessment of the case;
- concluding and performing a legal services contract;
- representing your interests in court, before a notary and a private bailiff;
- fulfilling obligations under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Legal grounds
Your consent, given by sending an enquiry or documents, the legal services contract and the requirements of the law.
5. Attorney-client privilege
All information you provide in connection with seeking legal assistance is protected by advocate’s secrecy under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advocacy and Legal Assistance” and is not disclosed without your consent, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
6. Who receives the data
Only to the extent necessary for handling the case: the court, notary, private bailiff and other state authorities. Data is not sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
Communication takes place via WhatsApp and e-mail, so some data is technically processed by these services, including on servers outside Kazakhstan. By sending messages through these services you consent to such cross-border transfer.
7. Retention period
For the duration of the legal assistance and, after it ends, for the periods established by law for keeping an advocate’s case files. After these periods the data is destroyed.
8. Data protection
I take the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
9. Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you; to demand its correction, completion, blocking or destruction if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully; to withdraw your consent to processing if this does not prevent performance of the contract or legal requirements; and to appeal the controller’s actions to the competent authority or court.
